The La Marina Residents Association (LMRA) was founded in 2014 for the purpose of representing the interests of residents of the la Marina/San Fulgencio area of Spain and has operated continuously since then.
Since then the association has been active in the areas of planning, environmental and public amenity matters, roads and traffic issues, and as a focus for local issues generally. It has regular contact with local officials and makes representations as required.
The Association is run by the committee which meets on occasion. There is a bi-annual open to all residents at which the officers of the committee are elected.
